In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

We Await You Imam (for 8 to 12 years old)

    

The angels will call out announcing his coming,

The sleeping will rise from their resting places,

Those who remain will lose out forever,

O my Imam, Imam al-Mahdi.

   

We await you Imam,

We await your appearance,

We want to see you,

And join your army.

   

In Mecca he’ll come and announce his arrival,

The angels around him near the Ka’bah,

I pray to be there face to face,

O my Guide, O my Leader.

   

After all my prayers I raise my hands,

O my Lord! Hasten his appearance,

The world is full of trials and troubles,

Injustice is normal, justice absent.
